My One-Day Cleanse - part 3

It's now 11:00 a.m. Just finished my first 20 ounces of diluted Cleanse. I also had my one teaspoon of chocolate IsaLean Shake in 10 ounces of water - that went down real nice! Feeling rather chilly, and have a low grade headache, but nothing serious. Have been going to the bathroom quite a bit to empty my bladder. Just finished listening to our amazing Health, Wealth and Freedom Team Call, and now I'm off to walk the dog to the veteranarian's office. Feeling good!!
